Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a more intense style of vinyasa (flow) yoga, which not only incorporates all yogic core values but also has a focus on fitness as well. Our power vinyasa, Baptiste style, follows a codified sequence of poses intended to build heat and raise your heart rate, then work on strength, balance, and stability, and finally, release. It's like climbing a mountain and then floating down. At the end of class, you will feel strong, empowered, and focused in mind and body.
