Cardiyoga DanceFlow brings together sweaty cardio dance, toning ballet, and balancing yoga flow in a fitness class unlike any other. Vinyasa is a style of yoga that flows from pose to pose and focuses on integrating the breath with each movement. In this class, you will learn to pay attention to the messages your body is sending while stretching and toning all of your muscles. You will leave breathing deeper, feeling less tightness in your muscles, and a more relaxed/patient person!
In this 50-minute heart-pumping class, you’ll follow the leader to become the Jazz dancer you’ve always wanted to be! From classic Broadway-style, to commercial street jazz, Latin jazz, swing, and fosse, you’ll be introduced to a WIDE variety of movements for a new and fun cardio experience! No dance experience is necessary, just bring an open mind and a smile!
